Sarge Leather Co. accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ATM/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. 

We only ship orders within the continental United States. Orders for stock items are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping is normally Priority Mail USPS or UPS.

If you would like to make a change to your order, contact customer service. If your order has not shipped, we should be able to accommodate your request.

Currently, we do not offer an expedited shipping option. Standard Shipping (normally Priority Mail USPS or UPS) is the only option. It is at our discretion to determine the best shipping method.

For items purchased directly from Sarge Leather Company, please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization number. Returns for unused items must be returned in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Custom items or items that have been personalized are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a credit or replacement can be issued. Freight charges are non-refundable. For orders shipped with free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from any return that is non defective. Shipping charges back to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $50. 
Standard – Please allow 7-10 business days and only available within the continental United States. 

RETURNS

Return Authorization must be requested for any return. Items returned without authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact customer service to receive more information regarding the return policy. Customized promotional items are not eligible for return.

Lifetime Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the defects due to workmanship of materials or manufacturer’s defect. Lifetime warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, or attempted repair. Genuine Leather often includes natural scars in the hide that occurred long before it became leather. We find beauty in the markings caused by the natural environment and appreciate the uniqueness of each piece of leather. These markings are not considered defect or damage.
